Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of PeakView Lynwood Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our tree service offerings in Lynwood, CA and surrounding areas.
Services Description
PeakView Lynwood Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of safety and feasibility.
Estimates and Pricing
Free estimates are provided based on visual inspection and professional assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the initial assessment or if additional work is required for safety or project completion.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities. We can provide guidance and assistance with the permit process.
Property Access and Safety
Customers must provide clear and safe access to work areas. This includes removal of vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles that may interfere with equipment or create safety hazards.
Customers are responsible for marking and identifying underground utilities, sprinkler systems, and other hidden infrastructure before work begins.
For safety reasons, we ask that property owners, children, and pets maintain a safe distance from work areas during operations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.
Liability and Insurance
PeakView Lynwood Tree Services maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work.
While we exercise the utmost care, tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects in trees or structures, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other infrastructure that was not properly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the survival or health of trees after pruning or other treatments, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, disease, and pest infestations.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of PeakView Lynwood Tree Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
